Intestacy Evaluators℠

Heir Base | Visual Data Samples

The Intestacy Evaluators use your answers to simple questions to determine the legal heirs of an estate and displays the division based upon each heir’s relation to the deceased.

The Federal Estate Tax Calculator determines the amount of tax due for the estate of anyone dying between 2000 and 2016, including Deceased Spouse Unused Exclusion (DSUE) calculations for deaths after January 1, 2011.

Interactive charts and graphs display the Intestacy Evaluator results grouped by heir class, showing the dollar amount of the estate designated for each heir and the percentage of the estate that each heir’s share represents.

The Federal Estate Calculator results are also displayed by the dollar amount of each distribution from the estate and the percentage of the gross estate that each distribution represents.
